Situated across 81 hectares in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam, the destination combines wellness hospitality, preventive healthcare, longevity-focused living, and nature-based environments within a single institutional-grade ecosystem.
The master plan integrates clinical, residential, and retreat precincts anchored by a centrally positioned medical and healthspan facility, supported by movement and recovery spaces, therapeutic landscapes, nutrition-focused environments, and wellness residences designed for long-term well-being.
Operated under the Chitta clinical and healthspan model, the retreat is designed as a scalable platform for preventive healthcare, wellness living, and human performance. Development is being executed in phases, with Phase 1 scheduled to open in 2028.
